DCD is a project organization. Our project development approach is based on two principles. The V-model and an agile approach. Through a robust project approach at the beginning of a project and a more agile approach in the execution phase of a project, we enable together with our customers successful product launches.
At DCD we start a project with a V-model project structure, setting up the architecture in close cooperation with the customer, investigate the technical feasibility, define the system requirements and set up the test and verification plan.
Based on this we execute the development process in subsequent project phases. With a more agile approach we specify, design, realize and validate the product or production. At any time we provide you with a progress overview of the project.
